What is hard is that I live a life of pain - musculoskeletal and psychological (more on that later, too). While I have not been diagnosed with anything that would lead to an understanding of my body pains, I have had some suggestions thrown my way. Always one to learn, I have researched these conditions and learned about what I could do to attempt to help my pain.
I have several goals with this blog:
1. Journal my progress
2. Admit the hard truths
3. Stay honest
4. Stick it out for at least a year
My problems, as I see them:
1. Overweight
2. Lots of pain
3. Belief that there isn't enough time
4. Food allergies - actual diagnosed allergies are soy & sweet corn
This is a lifestyle change. I plan to change my diet, my activity, and my overall well-being. As we go along on this journey, I hope to share some insight as to how I got this far and how I will make it even farther.
